We stop in Alyeska for gas on our way home from Anchorage. We have stayed at the lodge for a few family events, but never for more than a night or two. The ski area is nice, but there's not a lot to do at the lodge in the off-season or when you can't / don't ski. The lodge is... More

The Mountain Learning School at Aleyeska has top notch ski instructors. This is the 3rd season my kids have had lessons and they have learned so much and had wonderful experiences each time. This year Cedar taught my youngest. She isn't the most compliant when it comes to slowing down on the hill, but he did an excellent job teaching... More

Great resort and ski area. Take the tram up and ski right back to the hotel for a warm drink. The runs are first rate and there is something for everyone skill wise

My wife and I had a truly wonderful (and exhausting!) time skiing at Alyeska. The mountain had many chairlifts and quads in addition to their aerial tram. There are many, many trails for skiers of all levels of ability. The views are really spectacular. We can't wait to return for more fun!

I have skied in many different parts of the country. Skiing in Alaska is one of my highlights of my ski trips. Great slopes for all levels of skiers. They will challenge you! The views are unbelievable! They do give military discount.

This is an absolutely beautiful resort area. Friendly people, staffed well, the tram ride is well worth the cost absolutely beautiful. Missed out on dinner at Seven Glaciers but will return in the summer and visit for dinner. Beautiful area in the Mountains, snow, glaciers etc.!!!

My 14 year old son and I are avid mountain bikers and rode here during our July 2016 family vacation. The rental bikes were high quality and the guys working in rentals and lift ticket sales were great. They put on our clipless pedals we brought for no charge. The trails were a blast. It was a rainy day and... More

There at the last day of the summer season. The ride up was fast scenic and worth it. See far away hanging glaciers, the fjords of Alaska and views for miles. The unscenic part was the actual ski area without snow.. ugly. You go up for the view. Walk around to see the views. If your hungry, wait until you... More

This is a favored location for family and friends.Stunning view and if you are a skier mountainous experience. Although it may not be as large as many locals around the world it has much to offer.

Great place to see. We went in the summer months with very little snow at the top but still, stunning views and lift is going regularly up and down.
