We really enjoyed our visit to Matutu Brewery. Very passionate and professional guys. Great beers to taste and nice merchandise to purchase too. Very informative, exceeded our expectations.

It’s not so much of a “tour” rather than a “sit down and try some beer while we chat” kind of thing. The brewery itself is not exactly huge so you can see everything from your seat anyway. We got 3 tastings (full glasses) during...More

This tour has got to be one of the best bargain deals on all of Rarotonga. For $10 New Zealand the owners provide a passionate description of their brewing process and provide 3 full glass samples of their super beers. Yum!!! They also provided a...More

This casual and informative lecture and tasting was so fun! The brew master involved all ten visitors from six different countries by opening with info on the main beers from the represented countries. Then the tasting started: all the beers were so fresh and excellent!...More

Very informative talk, learnt a lot about beer and all for only $10 which included 3 glasses of different craft beers. Beers were all good quality - no preservatives and to me tasted very good. Well worth doing, my wife and I were really glad...More

Who knew that there was a brewery on Raro? They don't produce a huge range, nor vast quantities of what they do have. Nonetheless, it's well worth a visit. The guy conducting the tour is knowledgeable and really into his stuff. Their IPA, if they...More

Definitely worth visiting this little brewery and supporting a local company. They do “tours” twice a day - no tour just a tasting and talk $10 each. They are very passionate about what they do here and the beers are pretty good too.

This guys knows his stuff - wonderful beer, entertaining and informative tasting. Love all the beer bottles on the wall. Easy parking for cars and bikes/scooters. Take cash - you might like one of the t-shirts.

We walked over on our last day, and we were glad we did. It is more of lecture with full glass samples of the beers. Learned about beer in general and how they brewed it here.
