The interior of this 1871 church is far more interesting than the neoclassic exterior.

Some interesting statues but nothing too special and not really worth making a social journey unless churches are your thing

This cathedral is worth a stop on a walking tour through San Jose. It is not as pompous as one could expect but still quite a nice place directly opposite of Parque Central.

There is nothing remarkable about this Cathedral. The stain glass windows are the star of the show and there is also a nice side Church to the left of the main altar.

The day we went by there are a wedding. It was so special to see the church in use. If you like to see churches, this one is very accessiable.

I am sure it's very nice. However, we were left there by our driver while he went and parked his vehicle. When he arrived we never went inside nor hear anything about it.

simply a beautiful church, you can enter to see all the saints and worshippers and kind of walk into the past.

Beautiful architecture for a church in the city center, across from Parque Central. One of the nicest buildings in the area.

This cathedral is beautiful inside & out. Located in the heart of the city center. If not for religious interest it is worth visiting for its architecture

If no service is happening, it makes a quiet spot to sit and soak up the beauty and ambiance. Statues, murals, stained glass, tile floor, chandeliers.
