This plaza in San Jose is full of people and there are many restaurants surrounding it so it makes for a good place to people watch.

San Jose is just another large city without charm or a welcome feeling. Very run down streets and buildings. We didn't feel particularly welcome or safe, even during the day

Lots to see all around including the Natoonal Theatre. Great fun to watch the children running in and out of the interactive fountains.
