made a request for a transfer from montezuma to manuel antonio trough them - i immediately did get charged even tough it was not confirmed! as i haven‘t heard back from them, i did write a whatsapp... never received an answer, BUT my payment was cancelled... so i texted again - no answer! if that‘s the service you can expect... therefore, don‘t do it! apparently they don‘t need the business - how inconvenient that there are travelers with booking requests!!

We booked this tour through the Westin playa conchal during March 2020. The staff were very safety oriented, and they provided a very high quality service. They offered every kind of alcohol you could imagine along with snacks and a lovely lunch! We snorkelled in a bay to the north of flamingo beach. We saw puffer fish and stingrays. The sunset was simply beautiful! This was a very relaxing and not a party atmosphere which was perfect for families. Excellent staff and service!!!!

ALL entrance tickets are only accepted on line so do not expect to arrive and purchase a ticket. Otherwise you will be pulled out of line to be helped very kindly by another staff person--only to then get back at the end of the line to go through entry and pay for parking. Due to recent volcano activity you will wear a hard hat and be allowed 20 minutes to see the caldera after a 10 minute walk to the viewing area. Definitely worth it!

We went to the Poas Volcano observatory on Feb. 18 2020 8am with the tickets we bought online. Fog as thick as pea soup couldn’t see a thing. Don’t reserve tickets online. Go to website “Camara de los volcanoes” when in CR and see if the weather is clear. Then buy and go. We paid over $100 US to see clouds.
