We unfortunately didn't have a use for the wonderful selection of local grown and produced goods, but did walk through to see what they had.

Suggested itinerary for a Friday night while visiting Manuel Antonio - go into Quepos - visit one of the restaurants at the marina for sunset, then walk over to the farmers market. Amazing fruits and vegetable display, also a lot of souvenirs and local art.

We always order colones from our US bank before we go that way you have money from the start and the exchange rate is usually a little better.
