We have used this company in the past for touring when our cruise ship was in Puntarenas. Their tours are fabulous and this year they went out of their way to help us get a refund for a deposit due to Corona Virus cruise cancelled. We are looking forward to touring again with them and highly recommend their tours, particularly the 7 in 1 tour. You won't be sorry.

I was at FiestaResort at the first week of february 2020 with my wife. First time in Costa Rica, and we had only the choice of the ArenaI Travel at the Hotel. We have asked for an excursion to Monte Verde and Arenal Volcano to the travel agent Jose. I was clear that i want to take the 20 bridges and be at the botton of the volcano (Monte Verde excursion). I talk like 30 minutes with Jose about that. During his service Jose often look up and salute a lot of people and get distracted. He did a mistake too in front of me for another client who scedule the wrong excursions and his supervisor had to help him. Its was our case too, agitated Jose send us at a Waterfall that we never asked for! José is very reckless, he cannot stay in place as if he take some kind of drug. He say often, we are going to take about the more important, the money!! Me and my wife were very disappointed when he say that. No its not the more important the money , its the TRIP EXPERIENCE THE MORE IMPORTANT. We payed for what we thought would be a trip the Monte Verde and the Arenal spa. Jose had his hands shaking when we give him the money for the excursions as its the first time in his life he see american dollars. We got only half of what we asked for. So boo! to Jose. Charlie Brown had to correct his error for all our trip. Charlie did a pretty good job saying importants informations, saying joke. He s very professionnal, hes kind, make every person in the trip important, try to satisfay ther need at the maximum he can. In a store you seem to like a bottle of alchool he arrange a degustation with the store women. Very kind. We have also Charlie Brown for he exurcion to park manuel Antonio, he was again very good, trying his best to find animals, show them to us in a binacolor on tripod, say pertinent informations, try tu assemble the need of the group at his best. He's a guide a recommand to all. Thank you Charlie!

We booked with this company when we were unable to use the other tour company (as they did not have enough people to run a tour). We had several problems. 1. We were told we did not need our receipt with us to board the bus (I asked specifically because we did not have access to email to get a copy of the invoice and I wanted to make sure there would be no issues). When we went to board the bus he only had one of our names on the list! He wanted a copy of the receipt but we said we didn’t have it and had checked that we wouldn’t need it with the sales guy Joseph. We forced the issue and the driver let us both on as it was their mistake. 2. At Monteverde zip lining the desk agent wanted everyone’s passport number or drivers license number before they would let us in. None of us in the group of 8 had it as the sales guy never told us to bring them. Again we all complained as it was not our fault and they let us go through. I mentioned this to the sales guy when I got back to the resort and he claimed that had never happened before (ya right!). 3. Our tour guide Charlie made next to no effort to show us anything. We ran into multiple other groups at Monteverde while we were there who had all seen a tonne of different animals but our guide showed us some plants and that was it. He also left us alone to do one of the hanging bridges on our own and took off! Very risky as the paths were slippery and dangerous and we could have been injured and be all alone! Talking to other guides a few days later we were told our guide was not certified as a guide at all (did not take the course at school that you need to be certified). This company costs more than the guys at the pier and yet the service is much much worse. I would not book with them again.

Daniel was an excellent and humorous guide on our way to La Isla. We stopped to snorkel for an hour and then we were welcomed with fresh pineapple and watermelon before we enjoyed a beautiful hot lunch of rice, beans and chicken and ceviche to start. We had 3 hours free time on the island then to enjoy! We even got cookies and coffee to finish the wonderful day! Our driver Pedro was so friendly and dropped us to our bust stop!

Valerie helped me plan our family vacation even before we got there. The team is simply excellent great customer service right from when we got picked up from the airport to the daily tours with their excellent staff of Enoch, Alex, Danielle, Charlie, Tattoo, Johanna and Jorge. All had our best interest at heart to make it a wonderful experience. The tour pace and places we stopped by for lunch were simply amazing with authentic costa rican food. Their staff made us a hot meal at Tortuga Island and that was simply delicious. There were a couple hiccups along the way as some attractions were sold out in advance but nothing that held us back. The tour guides are truly passionate about what they do and even if its walking miles carrying heavy telescopes to help us see animals/birds in the distance the enthusiasm was high. We visited Arenal volcano, Baldi, Monteverde, Manuel Antonio National park and Tortuga Island. Keep up the great work team.
