I booked a Tortuga cruise on their website on 3 January. I haven't got any information about the pickup point after that and I couldn't reach them neither by phone nor by e-mail. So I haven't done any tour despite that I had paid for it through the website. The company is not responding anywhere. I've tried phone, e-mail, website feedback form, Facebook page. It definitely looks like just a pure scam. Be aware.…

I am very disappointed at how they managed my trip cancellation. I was informed via email a day after booking that my reservation was cancelled due to the climate (which is understandable). However, they stated I would get a refund for this cancellation and would have it within 24 hours. We are now going to 2 weeks and so far Expedia nor myself have been able to get in contact with someone via email or phone in regards to this matter. We went in February 2019 so I am a bit lax getting this review done:). This was a great day trip (a full day from early morning to late evening return home). The catamaran was comfortable and fun. It included pickup at the hotel, nice breakfast on shore before departing, great trip to Tortuga Island and lots of fresh fruit, water and snacks along the way offered (bring sunscreen and a hat for sure!). And, of course, there are lots of fun island drinks available (for an additional cost but not outrageously priced:). On the island they offer water sports included, banana boat, snorkelling and swimming or just sit in a lounge. They put up tenting and tables and served a fantastic lunch!! All the while travelling to and from the island they are pointing out the various sights, flora and fauna and a fun stop to meet up with a fisherman to pick up our FRESH fish for ceviche at lunch.…

A great day trip, super relaxing. Day started early and we were picked up directly from our hotel. The boat was great we hung out in the netting most of the time, drinks were very reasonably priced and we even got to see some golf hind on the way out. The island was beautiful we opted to rent beach chairs once we were there. Lots of monkeys to see in the trees and the food and music was amazing. We went snorkeling and saw a few fish. Found that part to be a bit underwhelming however we had just come from the Galapagos where there is a lot more marine life.…
