Zuma tours is fine but too many people (34) and expensive. Only two stops to snorkel. Lunch was very good though we stayed too long on the island. I wouldn't do it again- would rather go with a much smaller group and actually learn something about where we were going and the kinds of fish we were seeing. Guys were... More

Rented 4 wheelers for 9 days! This is the best way to see miles of Costa Rica! Harvier was extremely helpful. MY husband exchanged emails often about our upcoming vacation. We traveled with 9 people and rented up to 5 machines. They were helpful about places to see and information. We also used Zuma for our snorkeling trip to turtouga... More

The tour guys were friendly, outgoing and fun. They try to make sure the guests enjoy themselves even though there was a slight language barrier. Being the only Spanish speaker in the group made interacting with them far more enjoyable for me - the others were missing out on hilarious stories. The food was delicious, snorkeling and kayaking were a... More

Fun ride with friendly tour guides! Great for anyone of any age! Definitely recommended! The snorkeling was amazing and really fun! Very nice lunch and had a blast renting paddle boards and joining in a game of volleyball

We were very lucky with our trip to Montezuma as wind and swell were low. We had a very quick trip of about 45 minutes. Due to increased swell and wind The trip back required a 20 min bus ride to a calmer bay. On the way we were slowed down by a herd of cattle which was entertaining. Again... More

The guys who run this are very cool, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I wasn't sure what to expect, so I think it's helpful to know that you will be taking a small motorboat from shore to shore without a dock. You will want to wear sandals and shorts, as you will need to get through knee high... More

Snorkel trip to the Isle of Tortuga. Very professional Zuma Tour crew including guide Joel, a pleasure; Captain Jonathan, top of the line; and chef, Wende (sp?), superb. Safety was first but fun was a very close second. Two opportunities to snorkel followed by a fabulous lunch. Joel's knowledge kept all interested coming and going. We took another snorkel trip... Nice tour to Isla Tortuga. Although the boat was quite packed and the island itself was too touristy, we enjoyed the day. Especially our guide Joel was very pleasant and tried to make sure that everyone had a good time. All in all recommendable if you're staying in montezuma for a few days.

Very pleasant ride from Jaco to montezuma. Excellent staff and superior service. Would recommend the ride for the easiest way to get the charming little village of Montazuma. Staff pick up from the hotel was a nice touch.
