Brilliant morning learning all about the animals that have taken in. The children (age 4 and 2) really enjoyed preparing the food for the animals and had great satisfaction seeing them eat it! You come away feeling they really value your time helping and they are all so hard working day after day. Would highly recommend it

We enjoyed the location, the pools, the river and the meal. The transportation was loud and rattling all the way. Our guide didn’t speak English so we didn’t learn anything like other reviews had mentioned. He was very nice but didn’t bring us fruit and beer like other reviews had said. The pools were cool and refreshing but not hot at all. After visiting other hot springs in this country we didn’t think it was unusual to expect hot water. The property and lunch was great it’s the Tour Group that has misrepresented the trip.

This is a very low-key, relaxing way to spend the day. Book a guide and go as early in the day as possible. We arrived around 9 am and had the place to ourselves for an hour. The water is comfortably warm--perfect for lounging. Guides serve fruit and water to guests as they enjoy the water. "Comida typical" is served at lunch--yummy! Though juice is complimentary at lunch, soda and beer can be purchased as well. Ask your guide to show you frogs on the trip out if you are interested. Though this was the most expensive excursion we took ($100 US), we thoroughly enjoyed our day at the hot springs.

The hot springs are so beautiful and relaxing. Also not too hot. If you're concerned that you can't take a toddler, it's like bathwater. The baby loved it!
