Well worth it. We saw chocolate been made, tasted it and bought some. And it doesn't melt. We also had lunch here, cooked by the Bribri tribe and served in banana leaves.

This is perhaps one of the most authentic activities off the beaten path in Cahuita and Puerto Viejo. It is none tourist destination and non-conventional activity. Highly recommended !!

We received a purification blessing from the shaman and took the chocolate tour. Way a great way to experience the original culture!

After spending time at the Jaguar Rescue Center, we had hopes of an interesting visit to the Kekoldi Indigenous Reserve. We.re still not sure why, but no one was there. Lunch break maybe? We saw many cages of iguanas that are being raised any released.
