My boyfriend and I visited and played golf here last week. We did not book and simply turned up. It was super fun and a welcome break from beach and jungle life! For a couple of dollars you have 10 rounds of mini golf through a lovely garden and a drink is also included. The owner was super friendly and engaging and offered us a few recommendations of places to go. Whatever age, group or couple or solo, you’d have a great time here!…

Together with my girlfriend we came across this place after we left the Cahuita National Park. The friendly owner welcomed us with a fruit drink (Cas fruit). We talked for a while and afterwards we played the 10 holes, which was nice! At the beginning there was a practice hole, if you make a hole in one you get your money back 😄. Would recommend to do this after the visit to the park; or if you’re into Minigolf! Nice courses and nice plants as well :)…

The owner of this place has spent years creating this mini golf course and his work is very creative and artistic. The layout of the course is very imaginative and the art sculptures and the gardens around the property are really something to be seen. Only costs 2000 colones per player and if you get a hole in one on the first hole the round is free. …

Whilst this is a little out of the way, it is well worth it, we were greeted with a complementary fruit drink that whilst not being to my taste my friend enjoyed and made us feel extremely welcome. The man working was incredibly friendly and talkative and was very accomodating to us repeatedly wanting another round. The location is beautiful with really cool weird obstacles and a back drop of banana trees, jungle wilderness and strange statues that guide you around the course. We intended to do 1 round but ended up doing three. All in all we spent maybe 9000 colones for 3 rounds of golf for 2 and a drink. Would highly reccomend anyone in Cahuita looking for something fun to do should rent a bike and make the short trip because it is well worth it. …

We spent a wonderful afternoon enjoying the course that is made up of concrete art spread throughout a well groomed Costa Rican forest-type garden, stopping between holes to sit in the various shady spots to take it in and relax. The sheltered MEPE bus stop is literally right out the front (it's the one for the Punta Vargas entrance to Cahuita National Park, so the bus is likely to stop there anyway to pick hikers up from the park). When you get there, I recommend you do as we did: start and end with a drink at the bar interspersed with great conversation with the owners and creators! They really care for the town and its nature, and are proud to offer family friendly activities that are not just for tourists but are also developed for the locals too (local Mother's Day promotions, etc). After all, who doesn't love a round of mini golf??…
