I can't say enough good things about this company. When my boyfriend and I went to CR in January 2021, we wanted to be more cautious and take shuttles, as to avoid some crowds. We technically signed up for the shared shuttles, but most of the time, there was nobody else signed up for the shuttle at the same time and it ended up being private. We used this company throughout our two weeks. Airport to MA; Jaco to La Fortuna; Fortuna to Heredia. They were very accommodating. For example, we missed our flight from TX to CR and I was able to reach out to the company to move our shuttle time to the next day. Then, when we arrived in CR the next day, my bag was not delivered and we once again needed a delay on our shuttle. I'm sure business is slower right now, making them more capable of accommodating like they did. But they were very nice and patient with us. They were clean and being cautious. The service provided was Excellent since the first contact to search information about the transportation. They have excellent drivers which knows the best Costa Rica routes, avoiding possible traffic jam. It was me and more 7 family members, including children and baby, and the car was excellent as well.
