This art, jewelry, and craft shop is located near the Tamarindo Diria Hotel. This is not your typical souvenir store. At Con Mucho Gusto, you can buy unique jewelry made out of banana slices. They also sell colorful masks which are crafted in Costa Rica. Prices are good for such high quality items.

At last a souvenir store that has products made in Costa Rica! Amparo was such a pleasure to talk to, as she is so knowledgeable about locally made crafts. She deals directly with the Borucas indigenous people and has a wonderful selection of their brightly painted masks, which are signed by the artists. I was also fascinated with the paper mâché puppets and figures that depicted scenes from the Fiesta de los Diablitos. The store also carries hand made soaps, banana paper and locally made chocolate.
