If you are looking for a variety of things to take home with you...start here! We went to Coco Beach before discovering this place and wish we had gone here first. We arranged for a local taxi to take us to a number of locations. He was approved by the hotel and was super nice, only knew a few words... More

This shop is conveniently located just up the road from the Liberia airport. There is an attached small cafe/convenience store that I didn't visit. The prices were very good on most items. I didn't think that the price of the t shirts was reasonable but maybe that was just the few that I looked at. The staff was very nice... More

This place roasts it's own coffee. It is very good, so we bought some and had it signed by the coffee roaster himself. The shop is full of the usual tourist stuff, but it is good quality and prices are also good. We found and bought a lovely hammock, some Cacique (liquor) and some hot sauce. The toilet facilities are... More

Tio Leo knows his coffee. My wife and I booked a coffee tour and learned a lot about coffee quality and how the roasting process affects caffeine levels and flavor. Really cools stuff and we'll probably never look at coffee the same way again. We spent time touring where Tio explained the variety of plants of the region, tasted fresh... More

We stopped on our way back to the Andaz, nice gifts of all kinds including CR liquor. I especially enjoyed the coffee section, impressive small coffee roaster with a good variety of fresh coffee's available. Enjoyed visiting with the owner, very knowledgable about the process and different blends.

I found their prices higher than other shops in the more touristy areas. They did have a nice variety and very helpful staff. But if you find yourself with time and forgot to pickup souvenirs, this is your place.

Some of the best coffee in the world. The staff was helpful and courteous and there are plenty of free samples of coffee and cookies. Highly recommend stopping if you like/love coffee.

Our family was on its way to the airport and did not want to leave without a coffee tour/coffee experience. We had a Personal tour with Tio Leo and the customer service that was provided, exceeded our expectations beyond belief. Tio Leo and his staff provided us a wealth of knowledge on the coffee process and all the work that... More

We had some time to shop and came here because it was listed in the tour book and had good reviews here. We did not particularly find the selection of souvenirs different from others we had seen throughout Guanacaste, and the prices were no lower either. We left somewhat disappointed as we were looking for something nicer than what you... More
