This was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The repelling was absolutely fun and this is coming from someone who really never did it before. I did rock climb on a rock wall several times so I am familiar with repelling a bit but I admit to being a bit nervous just before the drop. Myron was the... More

This adventure was great fun and very exciting. The tour guides were personable and professional. When they recommend that you bring water shoes, they are not kidding. Wear tevas or surf shoes, as your feet will get soaked. A bathing suit also is a good idea. There are lockers and changing rooms at the main office, so you can change... More

My family and I had never rappelled down a waterfall and now we LOVE it! We want to do it again. The tour guides were very friendly and very professional. You never felt unsafe. It is an amazing experience with great views and so much fun! My boys are 11 and 13 and rappelled without a problem. There was a... More

This trip is sutiable for any age and doesn't require any former skills in abseiling. The guides are very skilled and it's always safety first, but they do make the experience fun and adventurous. This is an rappelling trip through waterfalls and not a canyoning trip.

The guys in pure trek does a wonderful job to make you feel welcome and safe. The canyon they are using is very nice and has a big variety of the rappelling. Very nice with the lunch included and the opportunity to by pictures after. The only thing to put the finger on is that some of the gear was... More

Not a big fan of heights, so I was nervous. First rappel is 165 feet high, my guides first and best words of advice, don't look down. They do not explain this to you, but I figured it out 3/4 of the way thru the day... They have most of the control over your repelling. They tell you how to... More

After having done 7 adventure activities in Costa Rica, this was my least favorite activity. There were too many family and kids on the trip so the rappelling was too controlled. You don't really get to rappel at your own speed because the guides control it. You can say this is totally safe. Also, the group size is way too... More

Took my family. Family consisted of two 40 year olds, 14 and 11 year old boys. The staff was amazing and professional. I felt perfectly safe the entire time. Transportation was fun and exciting. Lunch was awesome! Totally would do it again.

This was the best thing we did in Costa Rica, the only criticism is that it should be twice as long. Fantastic staff that tease or support as necessary, be aware that there’s some step trekking between the jump off points but it’s through some of the most awesome jungle you can see here. Totally felt like jungle Jane and... More

This was an incredible afternoon, starting with a great lunch and fun ride up a rough road to where we started. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband had rapelled before but never in a waterfall or anywhere like this. Our kids (13 and 10) and I had never rapelled - and I can't imagine any other experience... More
