Baldi is the world's largest thermal springs resort & doesn't it feel that way. You get 'processed' with military precision on arrival & just in case you weren't listening to the briefing, you are asked if you have any questions. Packed & totally lacking in...More

We loved all the pools, everything was clean, well signed and very comfortable. The front desk staff and towel staff were brusque to a point that it was a bit uncomfortable. The waiters were lovely and overall we enjoyed our experience

I wasn’t expecting to have to do so much walking uphill to reach the many hot pools and the few cold pools scattered across the grounds. I also wasn’t expecting the water slides. The slide in the children’s area looked like fun but ended up...More

We went to the hot springs at night. It’s gorgeous but it’s more like an adult theme park. Not the natural kind in a stream or mountainside. The construction is all man made, pavement everywhere. But it’s well done. There’s bars all over, and you...More

It was GORGEOUS! Tons of pools. An extremely fast and exhilarating waterslide (with 2 slower ones) BUT... we were expecting something more “natural” and less of a fancy resort. Costa Rica has such natural beauty that this felt a little out of place. The buffet...More

We booked this hotel for our first two nights of our Costa Rica trip! The hot springs were awesome! However, the room was so humid everything stayed wet. The air conditioning was horrible. The shower was probably the worst we’ve ever experienced. Rooms definitely need...More

We had been to Baldi before and enjoyed the many pools, so we stopped by on this trip to show some friends and have a drink. We weren't sure if our friends would want to do the hot springs, but we wanted them to see...More

The staff is not very friendly, the rooms and hotel in general is not special when compare to the price, at the end you don't get what you are paying for. The food is terrible. We checked other places around and definitely there is much...More

We were taken to this attraction as part of our Caravan Tour, really nice to have a warm soak in comfortable surroundings.

This is a place you can easily spend a whole day, or go for a couple of hours in the morning and then go back in the late afternoon. Either chill out by one of the hot pools or use the water slides which are...More

our hotel offered a shuttle service for a small fee...and it took about 5 minutes to get there by car. The day pass for the hot springs was about $35.00 US.

Sorry, only saw this now. We bought ours at the hotel which was slightly cheaper but there's not much difference really.
