I am so incredibly disgusted with this place. We booked for October 2020. Due to covid, we had to cancel in June, because we would get our money back they said. I have proof that we should get it back, I've messaged them a hundred times, never get anything back, or excuses why they can't pay us back. Now, more than half a year later they still ignore us and do everything not to pay. They are absolute scammers and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. It's the absolute worst place I've ever booked a stay, and there's been a few terrible ones, so that says a lot.…

Baldi always has soo many people. I can't say I was not happy when I visited and there was almost no one there. Felt bad for the business but it was not to see soo many people everywhere as usual. Great location for kids and families as there is much to do granted the water slides are closed due to COVID-19. But still many nice pools!! …

The place indeed it’s pretty nice and overall, we had a really good time... But... we were a family group of 10 people with ages from 2-65 years old... After day trip to Baldi all of us got severe diarrhea and vomiting, the 2 little ones (2 and 7 years old) even required medical consultation... The 2nd thing, the owner of this site is the most misogynistic, homophobic and xenophobic public person in Costa Rica, he uses the Baldi Hot Spring social media to spread his hate (search for it on Facebook).. I can’t support someone like him …
