We absolutely loved this place and the package they are offering! We bought a day pass with a lunch included. Everything was excellent! Staff was very flexible, helpful and professional. The pools were beautiful, surrounded by tropical plants. There was plenty of room to rest. One of the pools had a bar, where we could enjoy some drinks and snacks. Lunch was also delicious. Highly recommend this place!…

We stayed at Paradise for two nights recently. This place was outstanding. The staff was so very careful and conscientous about Covid, the room was beautiful and very clean (the soaking tub and the awesome shower!!), the spas were very clean and tastefully surrounded by beautiful plants and waterfalls. The breakfast was delicious, and our server was very attentive and friendly. There were not alot of other guests during the time of our stay, probably due to covid and before the high season begins, so we had plenty of privacy and it was very peaceful. The little gym was a bonus, the equipment was great. We will definitely return, and honestly cannot wait!…

This place was incredible! After hiking the 1968 trail and walking the hanging bridges, we wanted a relaxing afternoon. We were considering whether we should go do the free thermal springs or come here, and we are so happy we decided to come here. First, the price was right. We payed about $25 per person, which was very reasonable. Once inside, we found the pools to be almost empty, and we had the place to ourselves. The staff was incredibly serious about COVID - after you sat at a table, you would flip the sign indicating it needed to be sanitized before another person used it. This was one of the most serious attractions we visited re: COVID. In terms of the polls and the experience, we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The differing temperatures of the polls was fun to experience, and we were able to watch sunset from the back pool before exploring the rest of the resort. The drinks were on the expensive side for Costa Rica ($8/$10 per drink), but were all made with fresh fruit and were really good. That did not bother us. This is perfect for couples and those looking to decompress after a day of exercise!…

Came after 4pm with my niece, she read the reviews and this place was good with little traffic. Boy were yall right. After a long drive from Liberia this was ABSOLUTELY paradise. We rarely saw others and at times felt like we had the place to ourselves. Thank you TripAdvisor.

Price reasonable for an all day ticket, but we went on Volcanuc Summit hike (3 hrs) first and then came to the Hot Springs. It may not look as “flashy” as an entrance as you see with others, but it is very nice inside. Very clean inside and well organized. Several hot baths and small cold baths. Nice pool bar to sit at for a drink (evenings it gets crowded so go by 2:00 ish.…
