We visited these hot springs after a day of white water rafting and it was such a lovely treat. The pools are beautiful and there were hardly any crowds. There is also a swim up bar and drinks are allowed in the pool. In a cozy corner, tucked away, there's a small pool with the most insane view of the... More

From the road, you see an outdated looking sign alerting you that you have arrived. Don't be fooled. The hotel, which currently only has 6 rooms, was new and well kept. The mattresses were a bit stiff but the remainder of the experience exceeding my expectations! The hot springs were excellent as well. I've been to several in the area... More

We liked the different pools. The best thing about this one is there are a couple of jacuzzis and massaging waterfall, which we didn't see at another place we tried. It was crowded when we arrived but quieted down by 7:30.

A beautiful set of hot springs with a stunning view of the volcano (when the clouds cooperate). Different pool sizes and temperatures offer a variety of ways to experience the springs, while the swim-up bar offers snacks and refreshments. The six rooms on the property are comfortable and new, and staying gives you the opportunity to enjoy the pools grounds... More

After a day that started with zip-lining, followed by a hike through the national park, the hot springs were a fabulous ending. Many large pools that all felt secluded and private. Fountains, lights and winding paths made this seem like a hot tub waterpark for adults. Pools were clean and varying temps of pools made it fun to work your... More

We purchased the Day Pass w/meal and spent the entire day here enjoying the Hot Springs. For the first couple hours we were all alone enjoying the views, water, and peacefulness. Then only had to share to with a handful of other guests until the evening which gets busier as the busses roll in after their tours. Food and drinks... More

Small, quiet and peaceful. Amazing view of the volcano. I spent the entire day here and would go back again. It is better than a few others that I have been to here- if you are looking for a peaceful place.

Hotel is situated high above La Fortuna and is villa style. Our Villa was shared with another couple who we were traveling with. It had a private pool for us. Very roomy. Breakfast was included and was very good. We did not eat dinner there. Not luxury by any means, but perfect for our needs.

We tried to make a reservation at Tabacon hot springs but it was full (and looked very crowded when we drove by). This was included in our tour package, so we weren't expecting much. It was actually a really nice visit. We went at night and it was not crowded at all. Several different pools of different temperatures. Was really... More

So glad we went here. Not super expensive but with all the amenities of the more expensive spas. Had a great time checking out all the different pools of different types and temperatures. The swim up bar was my favorite, and the snack we had was tasty. What a great find!
