day or night great views. However, if you are there for the lights it is a great experience. A great point of Old Shanghai to watch the New Shanghai.

This is a great place to walk and enjoy views of the river with the boats, the Bund with its historic architecture and buildings, and the new city across the river. Usually filled with people exercising, walking, and hanging out. We did have a guide...More

The Riverside Promenade is nice leisurely walkway along the Bund Pudong business district. It is really best viewed at night when the decoratively lighted dinner boats can be seen going up and down the Huangpu River. It is a popular walkway for strolling along at...More

Despite sometimes being a crowded area there is plenty of room to stroll and be amazed by the sights. Smog and pollution can be a problem at times however the area itself is clean and well maintained

The whole area could be pretty but again way too many people and the air is so think with smog you can't see to the other side of the river. Visit at your own risk. Nothing much to see.

One of the many promenades along huangpu river. Not as famous as the bund one. This is the binjiang or west bund one. Because it’s quieter, better for jogging, roller blading, cycling

The two things are completely different. The promenade is a nice place for a stroll or walk. Just have a nice time taking in the sights and enjoying the view.
