While it's true they have limited concessions, they have a bar so you can have mixed drinks, beer or wine which is nice for grown ups. They do a great job presenting talent here. I've seen several concerts here and even watched old films that they'd run in the summer. It's inside the Renaissance Hotel which means it's very convenient... More

There's a great deal of seating in the venue. Seats are comfortable. Walk paths are wide and steps have a light bar that allows you to see them when the lights are dim. The venue is clean. The only real drawback to this venue is the parking, if you park in the parking deck. It's high. Park elsewhere if you... More

Pretty decent looking place, the audio seemed fine, limited concessions but they set up some additional bars that moved quickly enough. The reason I will NEVER return is that during a rock concert they forced us to sit down in our seats throughout the show. I have attended well over 100 Rock concerts in my life and this is the... First visit to MPAC was for Lewis Black comedy and while the venue was very spacious and less intimate than the AL Theater in BHM, it's a very nice venue with comfortable seating, amenities, etc. I would have liked the acoustics to have more clarity it wasn't distracting.

Really nice venue. It is large, but seems pretty intimate. Seats are elevated as you go back, so unless someone is super tall or wearing a really large hat, you'll be able to see pretty well. There are two pretty nice hotels nearby, so you can enjoy the concert and walk to your lodging.

We went to see a comedy show that there, with two of our sons. One is wheelchair bound. The staff was very accommodating in assisting us with seating. We all had a great time, and the acoustics are fabulous. Kudos to MPAC.

Centrally located in downtown Montgomery, easy interstate access. Paid parking available (but expensive). Not a bad seat in the house. 1400 seats and intimate. Sound system and acoustics are exceptional. Chair aisles are cramped but the all are. Great venue for music, opera, speakers etc. we look forward to returning.

Attended the Gladys Knight Show. It was very very worth our drive from Memphis. The seating arrangement is excellent? Not a bad seat in the centre. Bathrooms were very clean. Nice location downtown.

Went to see the ZZ Top show on April 9, 2015. I had been told that because of the relatively small size of the venue that there isn't a single bad seat in the house. In reality, there are 44 bad seats. When we purchased tickets, we selected seats in Row F in the balcony. It is on the main... More
