Once you get to the riverfront, you have to look hard to find the Visitors Center - it's the refurbished RR Station, but there's not a sign out front to guide you there easily. The woman at the desk was very helpful, and the short...More

The staff here are super friendly and accommodating... full of suggestions with maps available! There’s a cool original trolley in the back as well! So much history—don’t miss the short video on Montgomery’s history!

The staff person who helped us got our visit off to a great start; she is quite the ambassador for the City. Good place to get info and learn of the FREE parking pass available for near the Capitol.

Located in a well-restored train station, the orientation film helps provide a context for sightseeing. The gift shop was well stocked, and the ladies providing information and assistance to visitors were friendly and knowledgeable.

What a great place to start! Received all the info needed to see the city. Staff was very helpful. The building is an old train station and the kids loved seeing the real trains go by!
