The only remaining part of the ancient Melaka Fortress dated 1511 built and named by Alfonso. A small area but worth the look. Some added on canon giving it a fuller historical look. Just right behind the West wing of Dataran Pahlawan and right at the foot of St. Paul and walking distant to the memorial and dutch cemetry. Nothing... More

This is a must visit attraction point for everyone who visit to Malacca. It's located at foothill of St. Paul Hill. A nice place to click photo before 10am. Very crowded after 10am

its great to see the remains of the fort. you can take walk along the streets after the museum, the rickshaw people was bit noisy and felt a little offended on the loud music. Good place to visit, carry water with you.

You will be disappointed if you ever had thoughts of a grand, majestic and vast complex. Apart from its historic significance, this place can quickly bore and bother you especially on... More

Went here in midday, weather was okay and not much people roam around Was nice to walk here, but be careful with the rickshaw. Be aware while walking and taking pictures. The fort still in good maintenance, perfect for who love photography. Clean, neat.

This was a nice place to visit and see some of the history of Melaka. Its up on a hill so be prepared for a climb. Also recommend going either early morning or as the dun is setting coz otherwise it can get really hot.

The place is beautiful and eery at the same time. Captivating and enchanting with its rich history. If you focus and listen carefully, you might even picture the place in its former glory, or even the bloodshed.
