We had to wait on the safari rental car because we didn't want to drive our own so that took about an hour. While waiting we walked around and looked at some of the on foot animal displays. To enjoy the park I'd say no more... More

Are weekend hours the same as weekday?

Yes they are the same hours. Just be prepared to have a lot more traffic. The cars will go VERY alow as they feed the animals. The more kids in a car the slower they will travel.
