Gulf State Park's two miles of beaches greet you with plenty of white sun-kissed sand, surging surf, seagulls and sea shells, but there is more than sand and surf to sink your toes into. Inside Gulf State Park there is a championship golf course, new beach pavilion, rental cottages, tennis courts, camp sites, hiking trails, Zip Line, and a fishing pier that is 20-feet wide and extends 1,512 feet into the Gulf. This and much more make Gulf State Park the perfect in-state vacation or out-of-state adventure.

Both boys are runners so the marked and paved trails are great. They are marked by the quarter mile making for good pacing. Wildlife was cool. Saw an eagle and an alligator, several rabbits and lizards. Overall a good experience.More

No, unfortunately neither Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, or Fort Morgan allow overnight camping on the beach. We do, however, have lakeside campsites in our campground

Whitley, Our 3 bedroom cottages only have 3 beds. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa, however, you are allowed to bring air mattresses, blankets, etc and sleep up to 10 people in each cottage. Hope this information helps!
