This house is a most see in Florence Alabama. The design and the story behind the Frank Lloyd Wright Rosenbaum house is an art piece in itself . It is a quick tour and located in one the older sections of Florence’s neighborhoods.

The Rosenbaum House is a really cool place to see! Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture was revolutionary and innovative. Our guide actually knew the family who lived there, and had stayed in the home as a guest several times, so he had great memories to share...More

We love FLW homes and this one is simply fabulous! The city of Florence has completely renovated the Rosenbaum House and hearing all about the history of the house, etc. was amazing. Our guide was the BEST and I highly recommend spending an hour or...More

They said that this house is one of Franks 4 best works. I think they said, the Great Workroom, Falling Water, The Rosenbaum house and one other. Can't remember it. IN any case, I have been to a lot of his works and this house...More

A good tour guide can make a good thing great. A poor tour experience can go the other way. Unfortunately, our tour was a suffer fest. This home deserved to be shown by someone who seemed to care about visitors and making the experience enjoyable...More

Cool lil' GUIDED tour of one of American architecture's most-storied and eccentric historians... Hard to imagine Wright's "talent" during the times indeed... $10 per individual and you unknowingly park and enter first to sign-in at the school across the road just FYI...Plus there's NO INTERIOR...More

On our last day in the area, we still had several things to see, this being one. It was second on our list, and we pulled up about 10:30, only to be turned away, as the man who sold the tickets informed us that the...More

This home is an interesting piece of FranK Lloyd Wrights work. It is not one of his glamorous works but has his signature styles. Jerry greeted us at the center across the road from the house itself. He was very informative and helpful. He directed...More

This house is not wheelchair friendly due to narrow doorways and steps. The house follows the lay of the land, so steps are only 2 or 3 at a time.
