Interesting to discover this building has been a bank, a private residence, a Union army depot during the civil war and even abandoned at one point. Was locked up tight when we visited- not sure of the hours

Beautiful building. It is just as beautiful upclose as it is from a distance.Nce fountain also. Bring your camera to take family pics. Easy to access from the main highway.

One of the Best places to tour and take beautiful pictures of your family. Very popular location for Homecoming, Prom and Wedding pictures.

Absolutely a must for anyone who enjoys history. I went there several times for a project I had to do and each time I learned something different!

Supposedly this is the oldest bank building in Alabama. It is a very classic looking building which has been restored and maintained well. It sits right at the head of bank street (named after it) and overlooks where the civil war battle was fought.

Oldest bank in US, the gentleman who conducts the tours is very knowledgable and courteous. The epedimy of a Southern Gentleman. Great tour!

you could spend hours taking scenic portraits and pictures here.Old bank building no longer functioning, built in the 18oo's. I n the area of a quaint, charming town.
