Had a great experience with this company. Had rented a Royal Enfield Himalayan for 1 week along with riding gear and saddle bags. This was for our tour of North sikkim. The bikes were in good condition, with no issues at all starting in the freezing cold weather. Service was smooth and everything was well priced. Would definitely recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

I am an "Indian National" and an "Avid Trekker" . I usually go out trekking in the "Himalayas" twice a year and have done some amazing treks across "India and Nepal" (Everest Base Camp with Gokyo Lakes, Annapurna Base Camp,Rupin Pass,Hampta Pass to Name a Few) Also done a few treks in "South East Asia" ( Vietnam and Cambodia) Post Unlock in India (Gradual Reopening) , I started planning a "Solo Trek" somewhere closer my "Hometown"... I was given reference of Gautam and Catherine in "Adventures Unlimited in Darjeeling" by my "Elder Brother" who has previously done "Two Treks" with them..(He is an Instructional Designer in a MNC and based in India) I got in touch with Catherine through email and got a prompt response... Booked my "Flight Tickets to Bagdogra" at the last moment and left everything else for "Gautam and Catherine" to manage... All logistics were managed extremely well and worked out to the minute details by "Catherine".... I was provided an "Exclusive Transfer and the Best Possible Accomodation in Tea Houses during my Trek".. I opted for a customised 7 days trek suggested to me by "Catherine" and it was one of my best trekking experience ever.. I was extremely lucky with weather (Clear Skies) and very little crowd.. My guide (Ajay) was an amazing guy and very professional... "Gautam and Catherine" met me in person post completion of my trek and took personal feedback/ suggestions... I was really moved by their "Sense of Belonging" for the mountains (They take extreme care to make their treks as Eco Friendly as possible) I would highly recommend using services of "Adventures Unlimited Darjeeling" for Treks/Hikes/Mountain Biking around "Darjeeling and Sikkim" Planning a Family Trek with Adventures Unlimited for "Sikkim" in 2021 (Late Autumn) if everything goes well...

We've hiked and travelled a lot, and Adventures Unlimited offered something exceptional. This is a husband and wife team. We found through The Lonely Planet and mailed their company and one other. Catherine responded immediately - every question responded to in no time with friendliness and efficiency. The booking process was a pleasure. The organisation of the trip was seamless: We were collected at the airport, Catherine came to our hotel to greet us, later someone delivered a spotless backpack and freshly laundered sleeping bags. Gautam and Catherine went the extra mile - advising us on places to visit in Darjeeling, including where to buy the best tea! Our guide, Jigmay, was exceptional. He took tremendous care with every tiny detail of the trek and is wonderful company, showing many kindnesses (e.g he brought us hot water bottles at high altitudes) , a keen sense of appreciation of people, and a lovely sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day trek, saw spectacular views of Kangchenyunga and learnt a lot about another culture, and the lifestyle of nomadic peoples. The food was generous, the quality of vehicles good, with experienced and careful drivers (unlike what another couple with a different company reported). We cannot recommend Adventures Unlimited highly enough

These guys absolutely care about you getting the best out of your time in and around Darjeeling! Unfortunately we were here when the Corona situation got worse by the day. But even when the situation didn't allow activity at all, they still listened closely to our wishes, came up with small but surprisingly nice ideas and gave us the best possible time before having to return home way earlier than expected. Thank you so much once more! We will be back!!

This was perhaps the best week of my 2 months spent in India! It was both challenging and incredibly rewarding to wake up to panoramic views of Kanchenjunga to Everest in the distance (and everything in between). Catherine and Gautam were so helpful and very understanding of your needs from start to finish. They were very well equipped and ensured we had the equipment to take on our trek that was appropriate for the weather that week. They made it a very well organised and smoothly operated trek. Sonam, our guide, was the most accommodating and kindest guide. He was patient and very attentive, and was there to help whenever we needed to help guide us through bamboo forests, snow to the lovely quaint villages. Every place we stayed at had the most hospitable hosts, that made us feel at home ensuring that we ate well, slept well and that we were never out of tea! (We even had the chance to learn to make momos on one of the last evenings; an added bonus!) I honestly can't recommend this enough to anyone. I'm already looking forward to coming back and booking another trek with them, perhaps in Sikkim next time.
