Not sure if actually with villagers but walk organised by our tour company. Went with extremely passionate guide who was excellent. He really cared about the old town and took us to the haveli the locals are renovating. Very informative re crafts and merchandise and their daily use in an average indian's life.

Don’t go with your own car otherwise you may stuck in the middle. People are very welcoming but don’t like if you drink alcohol and eat meat. Good food and lonely neighbourhood.

A good excursion near... More

I was picked up from my hotel on 8 am. We were people in the jeep. After a nice road we had to scatter within the jeep for almost half an hour before we reached the village. On the main gate of the village we were welcomed by lots of peacocks ( They go in a group and almost everywhere).... More

When I visited Abhaneri Stepwells. The village culture of Rajasthan attracted me. When I was back in the hotel and asked to my hotel staff to suggest me a cultural attraction, He told me about jaipurvillagers with a hesitation. I was picked up from my hotel with one German couple on 8.30 am. It took quite enough time to reach... More
