I wasn't expecting Babylon, but I am afraid that Malabar Hill and the Hanging Gardens was less than expected. A 10 minute walk around the gardens was enough. There is potential but some work needs to be done.

Very nice place to spend evening with family and friends. You can see sea shore and the parallel road known as Queen's necklace.

Malabar hill is considered as one of the most high class living area. There are some jain temples in the area, some minister and celeb homes. The prices of the area are high in South Mumbai.

A quaint charming and old part of Mumbai for sure. This suburb leads to Mumbais famous beach and great restaurants. Well worth a drive and explore.

Sitting atop Mumbai coast line, Malabar Hill boasts of sleek houses, the rich and the famous of Mumbai and India, though it is not the hot spot for film fraternity. Go for clean air, clean roads and a walk through Priyadarshini Park.

It is Malabar Hill and not mumbai hill.. since it is a posh area, not many houses., but it has certain high rise apartments. Since Raj Bhavan is located nearby, there is lot of greenery. Nearby it has hanging gardens also
