Great piece of Victorian architecture. The buildings in south mumbai are simply amazing. This is located right beside Mumbai University and Mumbai High court. You can get a great picture from Oval Maidan.

This tower stands tall and speaks volumes about the heritage of Mumbai. It looks brilliant and is great for photography. I don't think we can go inside the tower. It looks even more gorgeous from Oval Maidan.
