I hv been witnessing Gateway since childhood and even today it is a MUST VISIT place for tourist visiting Mumbai ! We come for Ganpati visarjan as well and that's very energetic feeling !

Colaba is great to walk around. It's charming and filled with art galleries. The Gateway is near the water and lovely.

This is the most popular among the mumbai places to visit. The Taj hotel is opposite to this place. There are ferries which run there and one should try those if you got some extra time left

A place to see while you are in Mumbai. But pick up the roight moment because it can be crowded since it is the point of departure, and arrival, of many boats going to surronding islands.

maybe going inside premises is not allowed as when i went there were barracks there so but the outside view is only pretty awesome
