Carved out of single huge stones, worth a visit especially for some beautiful clicks. One of the famous attractions when in Mysore. Aesthetically pleasant ambiance.

Giving insights into the Hoysala dynasty. The structure has been created out of a single rock. Nothing special remains very less crowded.

Doing so will give a very good understanding of Hoysala style of architecture. I have attached a few pics. The priest is understanding and will help you out if you are visiting after hours.

The hoysala dynasty's contribution to the rich culture and heritage of this country is depicted here also. The temple is very good and there is a lot of things to be seen and studied The place needs more publicity and development.
