SRIRANGAPATNA is significant of religious and cultural. SriRanganathaSwamy temple is one of main attraction which is built in Ganga Dynasty. Srirangapatna was Tipus capital city. Rich with legends, history and torchbearer of culture & tradition, Srirangapatna temple situated on the banks of sacred Kaveri river on three sides is a must visit for tourists visiting Mysuru or nearby areas. Tipu Sultans fort is a must see. The way they diverted the river to provide protection to the fort is awesome, especially in that era. And to introduce crocodiles for added protection is even more amazing. That apart, there are many small details too numerous to mention

It takes around ~ 1 Hrs during peak hrs due to queue, all the idols inside the temple are very beautiful and worshiped magnificently, even the priests and people their are very helpful, their is ample parking space for vehicles, Enjoyed the temple visit which is at a very nearby distance from
