This is part of the history when Britain was the rulers of the land. Now this is the principle government seat for the home rule of India. See from out side, no stopping due to security so walking by is the best.

India's Parliament Buildings are beautifully layout and are a great credit to India's colonial past. Well worth a quick look at and there is a great view back to India Gate from the Parliament Buildings.

Another of the buildings you must see on a trip round Delhi. It is an oasis of calm as well as having historical significance.
