This national park is stunning and is a must see if you are going to Bocas. Quiet, pristine beaches with soft, white sand. One of my favorite places!

I was able to walk and wonder around, I found gigantic shells to take home with me. It feels like your private own Island. Enjoy!

Beautiful place but not sure why there is a fee to just get off the boat. The tiny red frogs are a must.

The beach is beautiful but there were many spots on the water that had seaweed or kelp so it wasn't so fun to go far out.

It was a great bike ride out and back for an afternoon. The soft sand of the last mile of road can be a bit tricky but not bad. Very friendly staff at the resort and the food was pretty good.

Bastimentos National Park is one of the main attractions in Bocas. Taking a boat to Red Frog Beach one can take strolls in the Rainforest, looking for Red Frogs, or just go to one of the amazing beaches to relax in the sun! A great spot for everyone that wants to flee from Bocas Town's busy streets.

Weather you wish to visit Zapatillas Islands, indigenous villages, bat caves, snorkeling, diving, chocolate tours, you will appreciate why this area has been designated as one of the top 5 Eco-Destinations by the Ministry of Environment. $10.00 park entrance fee for Zapatillas Islands.

Beautiful beaches, loaded with wildlife and surrounded by jungle. Poison dart frogs can be seen in the leaf litter as well as lots of birds, sloths, and monkeys. Really cool!

Cool walk along a sand path through the Panamanian jungle from the boat docks, across Bastimentos island and over to Red Frog Beach. If your lucky you can spot a sloth along the way!
