Nice place

The bridge is nice. Not the most exciting bridge there is, but if you are visiting the city and in the area, it's an option

Ribnica is a small river which flows into the Moraca, this place was named after her. This part of town is the old part of Podgorica, once known as the city of Nemanjica-ruling family of Montenegro. This is a very romantic place for couples.

This little bridge is quite scenic but beware the tramps in the area looking for shelter. It tends to be a bit grubby and if you try to approach it from the side of Pod Volat then you will will have to pass through a rubbish dump to get there - so approach it from the centre city side

Nice water and bridge, although look abit like a drain at first. Areas filled with rubbish, it seems to me people here have no pride at all... Toilet here has become a 1000 year old ruin.. This capital city is a joke of a lifetime, probably one of the worst in Europe... It simply has nothing, even the main square... More

Viewed this ancient bridge as part of a self guided walking tour of the city using tourist map. I was very surprised to see that given the historical significance of the bridge there was no effort to ensure it was a pleasant and safe place to visit. Rubbish and broken glass not to mention damage to what look to be... More

This is a typical Ottoman architecture of bridges, the area is nice but requires attention of the authorities and can become a good tourist attraction. The water there is crystal clear as everywhere and if you want to swim or go fishing you can do that here

historically this bridge is important to Podgorica as a part of the settlement and the old part of the city.

Although the road that leads to the bridge is quite dirty with lots of garbage all around, the bridge itself and the riverside is nice, the water of Moraca river (where Ribnica is joint after the bridge) is really clean, and has an amazing environment.

This place is beautiful , but unfortunately neglected. It's not exactly a rubbish pit, but the city should really take more care to clean up the river. It's also missing at least some benches to sit on (with rubbish bins next to them, while they're at it). I hope I won't find bars and loud music there on my next... More

I often visit the podgorica old town area with visitors , and whilst i pause to sit by the river near the oldest bridge in Podgorica, I am amazed that the city leaders dotn think its worth decorating the area or clean it up. The cafe that once was there, with loungers and an artificial beahc, has gone..shame.
