It is an important attraction point of Târgoviște, built in the period of Vlad Țepeș. From this point you can have a very nice panoramic view of the city and also of the Chindia Park.

Beautiful architecture. The towers was once used to provide early warning. The views of the park ND the city are worth it.

It is a tower of observation and defense, Vlad Tepes among the most famous rulers. Stuffed with history and stories will surely fascinate you. Point of view for the whole city. It's worth visiting.

Historical place, a must see in town. A nice view of the city from the top of the tower is the reward after a rather steep climb in a spiral staircase

Very nice historical site and definitely worth climbing up. The view is amazing although the circle stairs are making you dizzy.

I was here in June 2016 with my son. I try to take him to different cities in Romania and show him pieces of our history. The Tower is well preserved, and we payed for one ticket to visit the entire complex.

The view from the top is stunning. The bell inside was made in Poland which was a popular place from which to buy a bell. The spiral staircase is about 130 steps and you are rewarded by a spectacular view at the top.

From Bucharest, you have either trains or buses. The site is inside the city and is easy to find.
