Lovely treat after hiking up to Macchu Picchu earlier in the day. Required to have swimsuit, towel and flip-flops (all of which can be rented from little shops near the entrance or check with your hotel - our's loaned us towels)

Aguas Calientes is at last train stop from Ollantaytambo, is a safe, relaxed, and friendly small town with many hotels options and restaurants visited by tourists from around the world. Aguas Calientes is surrounded by mountains plenty of vegetation, a lot of flowers, and a...More
The hot springs are an over rated tourist trap. It is 20$ soles for non-Peruvians and you need to rent a towel as they are not offered there. The pools are lukewarm at best (nothing near the hot springs we've been to in other locations...More
A wonderful little hidden gem near Machu Picchu. Let the family run around the mountains while you soak in the hot springs with a cold beer. Keep your expectations low and you'll have a nice day!

Maintained well with different temperature pools. Loved the real hot one. Spend couple of hours with drinks served by the pool. Awesome.
