Visited here as part of my Sandakan city tour. Really interesting. Unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish there as they just throw it into the sea. All the wooden houses are built on stilts. Well worth a visit.

Our stop at the fishermans village is recommend as it gives an insight into another way of life the mainly wooden houses are on stilts above the water but provide a home for very many families .
