The place with the best fire show you have ever seen. They have great cocktails so order one, wait till 10 when the show begins. Its incredible

Was really nice at first, the whole family enjoyed it. Lovely setting and live music, but when I had to pay they gave me the wrong price and wrong bill twice!! Also told us that corkage was 300 Baht and when we had to pay upfront it suddenly changed to 500 Baht. When trying to fix the mistake the manager told us it is not his problem his waiter had the wrong price. We decided to leave without drinking our own wine and paid the rest of the bill. The manager also dismissed me as a woman and did not want to speak to me and was only interested to speak to my husband! Shocking how he spoke to me as the customer, really sad how it turned out.

Got stuck in the bathroom here, ended up breaking the door handle by accident so didn’t want to do any more damage so a lady working there climbed over the cubicle and opened it. She started roaring abuse at me and got really angry that I got stuck in there which made me quiet upset as I didn’t want to cause any hassle. Others in my group confronted other members of staff to say it’s unacceptable to be treated like that, however someone got a glass bottle and hit my boyfriend in the head. He had to get stitches in his head in 3 places and pay 50,000 B for this, money he just doesn’t have. He is lucky to not have brain damage. This is not how people should get treated in a bar, I’m shocked at what happened. I would recommend tourists to stay away from this bar or at least be extremely careful.

Service was terrible . Ordered a classic cocktail and they didn’t have one of the main ingredients so they served it plainly and told me it was my responsibility to ask whether or not the ingredient was available before ordering . It’s like going to a bar and asking if they have tonic for the gin before ordering . Manager did nothing about it as well and was told they couldn’t change the drink . Not worth it . Very disappointing and ruined the mood of a good atmosphere. Only thing that slightly redeemed the experience was the fire show … but that you can see at any other bar on the island. I do not recommend !

The only place on the island currently offering a fire show (November 2021) and it was great. The staff are nice and the place also has live music every night. Didn’t try the food here but the drinks were fairly priced compared to bars in the area.

My best spot in phi phi don 🥰
The staff was absolutely amazing, they speak very little English but they will try their best to make your stay!
The food is amazing and so are the cocktails, if you want to do something magic go and see the fire show after 9:30pm

Watch your wallet. Went to pay my bill with 2 1000 baht and they returned with incorrect change. They then said that we gave then a 1000 and a 500.
The Manager was called by and related that the same thing happened the night prior.....

We have ordered gin tonic and long island, gin was tanquarrey, it came with water not tonic. Complete mess , long island was like full ice and water there is zero taste. Don’t waste your money or just drink beers if you visit. Fire show is good.

We’d been here a few nights for the live music & fire show & some drinks which was great. Really enjoyed it. We decided to try the food here last night because it looked nice going out to other tables the previous nights. I ordered a bruschetta & nachos from the tapas menu & my boyfriend ordered a pad Thai with shrimp. My bruschetta came out first which was lovely & they cleared it and I waited 15 more minutes before the nachos came out which was a disgrace as it’s just a bowl of crisps with a watery sauce with chopped tomatoes on the side!! On the menu it says it’s served with tomato sauce & jalapeños (not a jalapeño in sight!!). I finished the nachos and asked the waitress where the pad Thai was as my boyfriend had been waiting 40 minutes. She barely looked at me and said it was cooking. Another 20 minutes passed and eventually an hour after ordering & my food had been served & eaten long before, the pad Thai arrived out (tiny portion for 220 baht) & TWO SHRIMP. No apology on the wait or anything!! every other place we’ve eaten in the past 3 weeks in Thailand the pad Thai takes no longer than 15 minutes to be served. Do not eat here.

Hi. Soon I will be staying on Phi Phi Island but my hotel is on the east coast of the island. I would like to know until what time there are boats available in case I leave town late. Specifically from Carlito's bar. Thanks!

Hi, we're traveling with young kids and wondered if the bar is suitable for a family just for the fire show... Is it a restaurant and bar or just bar? If not appropriate for kids, would we be able to catch a glimpse of the fire show from the beach? Or is there a different fire show that is family friendly? Thanks.

HI there, we travelled with our young kids 13,7 and 6. We were welcomed by bar staff whom are very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is very chilled and layed back, with good service. They made my boys fresh juices to enjoy. Fire show was fantastic which we all very much enjoyed. There were a few families there also with young families.So, yes I recommend Carlitos 👍🏽.
