This is literally the best beach I have ever visited, it is open from 9.30am until about 4.30pm. The island is uninhabited. The sea is so clear, the sand is so white and soft.

Warm crystal clear water and great hospitality. The perfect stop over to break up the trip to Phi Phi. Wasn't too over crowded on the day we visited

Bamboo Island is about 45 minutes boat ride from Nopharatthara Beach. An ideal place to swim in the sea. Apart from that, there is not much else to do.

Bamboo island tends to be part of a package. There are no amenities there, hence the reason why it’s usually part of a tour. Snorkelling is good but there is a lot of broken coral- expect to pay up to £100 per person with... More
