I’ve never seen animals treated so badly. My heart broke for them. They’re not taken care of, abused by the trainers, and kept in poor conditions.

Elephants are treated very very questionably, seemed to have little stimulation or space, were chained around the ankles and hit with barbaric looking axes, handlers did not seem to have any love or respect for them. We left in tears.

The elephant ride wasn't bad for kids but the way they treat elephant is questionable. The elephant feeding taking photos so closely were good with some extra money but the feeling of the interacting with a natural elephant vanished soon as we realised the the...More

The place is not the best and I do not recommend paying to ride the elephants. They do have a new thing we’re you wash the elephants which was amazing and even thought you ride an elephant which we did not want, the experience of...More

Unintentionally visited the Elephant village as part of Damnoen Saduak floating market tour. The treatment of elephants is appalling. With a steel chain around one leg and a steel seating structure on their back the elephants are forced to carry tourists around a small path....More

Do not go there, they dont respect elephants at all. I refused to "enjoy" this terrible experience. I didn't bay anithing here to make sure they don't get any profit from me and my family.

This was a horrible experience. They abuse elephants, they abuse monkeys and the poor liger just for the entertainment of tourists (who actually pay for this). We’ve been brought to this terrible place by our tour guide on the way from the floating market. We...More

Place where you can ride, feed and take photo of elephant. 10 minutes riding the elephant. The best part was when the elephant went down to the water (don't worry you won't get wet). Not much to do in this place. If so, you always...More

No matter how you slice it. These are slave animals. I refused to participate - I only stopped because after my guided tour of the Floating Market, the whole group was forced to stop here for an hour. I had coffee. I have been around...More

It was a unique experience riding an elephant and the ride was sorta deceiving cause they said the river crossing was 10 mins long but it's only 1 min long. Towards the end they also expect tips.
