Thommankuthu, an eco tourism spot is a series of small waterfalls located inside the woods. About 2-3 kilometres needed to be walked from the ticket counter to reach the main fall. A few stretch of walk is through paved walkway, however a few distance you have to walk through rocks and steep climbs. Further trekking to the forest is allowed,... More

A very nice place where you can enjoy 3-4 hours near Thodupuzha town. Situated approx 20kms away from city, the place can be accessed by public conveyance as well. You can also get inside deep jungle with advance permission . Please follow guides instruction strictly as few areas are deep and dangerous.

Need to cross perumbavoor and take the road to Munnar, need to travel for 30 to 40 mins when you see a board towards your left indicating the turn towards Thommankuthu. From... More

Thommankuthu Waterfall is a very scenic one near Thodupuzha, in the southern state of Kerala. Thommankuthu waterfall is a seven-step waterfall in the forest and about 12 KMS journey, though adventurous and bit dangerous (if not careful), is possible through the forest to explore the water flowing in seven steps. I have been to this place more than a dozen... More
