Such a beautiful place in munnar. It is a highest peak in South India. It was surrounded by such a fantastic awesome tea garden. Nice place to visit.

This is the highest pick of south India. You can see and feel the natural beauty. While going from the kerla tourism bus you should carry cam to capture the beauty of munnar and tea plantation. It is almost 2km walking so go with family...

South India's highest Peak - 8841ft. 2695 mtrs is Anaimudi range. This is range can be viewed by travelling between Munnar to Erivakulam National Park after Nymakad Water falls which come around 3 -5 kms distnace. Good Heavenly Peak.

One of the must visit attractions in Munnar.Anamudi peak is the highest peak in south India surrounded by tea gardens and Nilgiri Tahrs Best place to visit with family members. No tourist cant climb it. You can look at when you are sittting in Forest dept Bus to National park entrance and be happy to see highest peak in kerala

Restricted to public entry when we tried to trek from Rajamala. If you get a chance to get on the peak via any method,never loose it .Go for it

Was told by multiple sources last week that access to the peak is completely closed. Not sure if it will be opened after monsoon season

been there in month of april 2016, this trip was awesome, the zeep driver has manured the trip soo well, that we still have the memories fresh in our hearts this peak is a must see for the travelers, ,we will be sarounded by clouds and the clouds just pass by touching you , it is a divine experience
