The little town, with its adobe house and portals seems stopped in time. Many of the houses have the beds on the ceilings to sleep because of the heat. From the highest point there is a wonderful view.

Pretty far from Turpan - access only with a private driver. Small village with its special atmosphere - not many tourists. Very peaceful! Beautiful mosque - unfortunately closed. reasonable price - 30 RMB per person (no student discounts).

It doesn't matter how it is supposed to be spelt, it was a wonderful walk about to discover local culture, old buildings, deserted areas, beautiful cemeteries and grape vineyard. Get lost but try to be safe.
