We have a wide selection of English Language fiction and non-fiction books, for sale or part exchange. We are open from 10am-1pm, 1.30pm-5pm Monday to Saturday.The shop is tiny and we have more books than space!If you are only in Veliko Tarnovo for a short time and are looking for a specific book you can email us in advance and if the book is on our stocklist, we will make sure it is in the shop on the day you plan to visit.You can find us on the edge of the Veliko Tarnovo old town, we are less than 10 minutes walk from Tsaravets castle, 1 minute away from Samovodone Square and 100 meters from the Grand Hotel Yantra.

A trip to the Book Cave is well worth it, not only can you find books on every genre but the warm welcome and friendly helpful owner make it totally worthwhile. A true gem in Bulgaria.

Yes you can find children's books there. I saw a lot of Dr.Seuss books there.
