The Parque das Aves is an essential tour for visitors of Foz do Iguassu, located near the Cataratas do Iguassu, beside the Iguassu National Park. In the Parque das Aves you will experience a direct contact with more than 1320 birds from about 143 different species. There are 16.5 hectares of lush Atlantic Rainforest maintained to provide the best habitat for our animals.

This is a tour like no other. It is an unique and unforgettable experience in which you will find amazing birds. Enter our immersion aviaries to feel the beat of wings from vibrant macaws and look into the eyes of a toucan.

There is plenty to feel and enjoy - beauty is everywhere and that is what motivates us every day to work for the preservation of our fauna and flora. We take into our care birds that are no longer in condition to continue living in nature and keep them in an environment where they can live happily.

You are an essential part of this project. All you need to do to help preserve it is to enter into the experience with all your senses.

If you like birds this is the place to be. They rehabilitate and rescue birds. Release them back to the wild, if they can. The birds are gorgeous and somewhat tame. They will bite! They have a small reptile section. And a butterfly and hummingbird section. Tropicana Cafe had delicious and healthy food! You can chose a table out in... More

We had a great time at the parque. a very wide collection of bird and plants where you can feel yourself as if you are in the Amazon rain forest. There are plenty of walk in cages where you can be with the free flying birds. They also have a collection of reptiles.

This is a must-see in Foz do Iguacu, this park includes lots and lots of colourful birds, and you are free to walk around them and sometimes hold them too (we held a parrot, it was amazing!).

this was a wonderful addition to our trip. i highly recommend visiting this sanctuary - it is a shame to have this sanctuary but this is a special place for those birds that have been traumatized from people trying to smuggle them out of brazil. your entrance fee helps the sanctuary. great place to view birds and it almost seems... You may grumble about the R$40 entry fee, but once inside you begin to recognize the value for money you get. In this park. It is wonderful and very worthwhile. Much like your local gym where you strut your stuff in front of a mirror, the flamingos have an entire wall of mirrors to preen in front of. The birds... More

Fascinating experience. The will greet you at entrance. Ola! Ola! Some sing and they are not shy, They will come to you (well if you have some bits of bread with you) and they let you touch them. Paradise indeed.

Great ! Not really into caged animals and birds however this place has big enclosures and they claim to nature and conserve wildlife so fingers crossed they do . Star attraction has to be the toucan and tone fair they met my expectations. Amazing birds ! Gift shop ok - cafe mediocre and the the flamingo pool stinks 😷

A short visit that allows you to discover extraordinary and colourful birds ! You follow a circuit that takes you sometimes inside the cages ! One hour is enough to cover it.

We already had bought our tickets for the bird park at Pratik Truism Tourist Centre. It is a easy 40 minutes bus ride (nr 120 for 3,50 Real p.p.) and is located near the Brazilian Waterfalls. And even though it is not really spectacular, it is nice to visit when you have extra time. You get to see the birds... More

I loved the bird park! They have a really expansive group of birds, reptiles, and butterflies and the walk is very well organized. There are free wifi hotspots throughout the park. The staff were very engaging and shared great information. Definitely worth a 2-3 hour visit!
