I went to Mineirao on a Brazil x Argentina match. There're about 55,000 people in there but everything went OK.

Cool place to visit. If no games are going on, there is a museum and you can take a tour of the stadium. If a game will take place during your visit, you definitely should watch it. A packed mineirão is an indescribable experience.

Beautiful stadium close to Pampulha's Lake. The esplanade outside the stadium opens everyday and it's always full of people jogging, riding bicycles and skating. If you like soccer go watch a match. The energy of the crowd is amazing!

Saw Brazil get humiliated here by Germany in the World Cup. The stadium had been improved but it was still quite old. The set up outside for all the pregame festivities was quite nice.
