not too crowded when I was here but the atmosphere was odd. beach is surrounded by many skyscraper and I didnt have a great feelibg spending my time there.

The Beach is okay, not to many people during the week. The pier located at the beach can assist with making stunning pictures and having an awesome sunset moment. Can be a romantic spot at night but as usual be aware of your surroundings.

Iracema is one of the most popular beaches in Fortaleza but it is not the best one if you looking for swimming. Praia do Futuro is a little better. One detail, the area is really windy.

Beautiful beach, 10 minutes away from the city downtown. You can bath at this area, walk, eat. There are a lot of luxurious hotels nearby.
