One of the best acoustics in the world. A beautiful, historical place, with decades of the world's best in theatrical plays.

The guided tour of the building is very interesting, and watching a show here is a great experience. Some of the shows here are free - inquire at the ticket office.

Great symphonic orchestra. Difficult to find the program on the net but if you can buy locally a few days before you may be lucky!

The Teatro Amazonas is a beautiful gem in the middle of busy Manaus. Take a tour through the building and go to a concert when you have a chance. It is definitely worth the time.

The guided tour was worthwhile. One can easily imagine the opulence during the hay days of rubber. Probably had more to do with money than a love of the arts. Good to se that it he's been preserved and still used

Like a museum but still used as a concert venue. Woodwork and artistry is incredible. A must see when visiting Manaus.
